Work Allocation

All matters related to following subjects are dealt by AT & A Division:-

• Administration of Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, appointments Chairman and other Gp ‘A’ posts in CAT, budget and personnel matters of Central Administrative Tribunals.
• Reservation policy for SC/ST/OBC/ physically handicapped/ex-e-serviceman
• Policy matters relating to Sports, Cultural and Welfare activities for Central Govt. employees and its implementation
• All personnel matters including creation/continuation/abolition of post, framing recruitment rules, training etc.
• General matters and house keeping
• Establishment matters of departmental canteen.
• Cadre management in respect of CSS, CSSS and CSCS
• Allocation of services of personnel between the successor States in connection with the State Reorganization
• All policy matters relating to Right to Information and the Central Information Commission
